Appointments

To make an appointment telephone us on 01484 426044, book online or call in at the surgery. Reception is open from 08:30 - 18:30.  We try to see patients within 48 hours however if you need to see the doctor urgently and you do not have an appointment please tell the receptionist and you will  be given the next available appointment. This might be at the end of surgery but urgent cases will always be seen.

Practice nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Patients who persistently fail to attend appointments without prior notice may be asked to find an alternative practice.
